Preparation

1. Pour 1 cup of attiéké and 1 cup of hot water into a bowl.

2. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. It's ready.

3. Want to go further? Reheat to your preferred texture:

  • In the microwave (2 to 4 min): soft and quick
  • Steamed (max 5 min): tender, like in Abidjan
  • In a pan with a drizzle of oil: slightly crispy on the edges
