When I arrived in North America, I realized I was missing something essential: healthy, simple, and truly delicious foods—the ones I had grown up with in Côte d'Ivoire.
I was looking for gluten-free products that were easy to digest, quick to prepare, and tasty. I couldn't find them. So I created them.
O'Kassava is made from cassava—naturally gluten-free, rich in fiber, light on digestion—transformed into products that the whole family can cook in minutes.
