Preparation:

1) Add 1 cup of attiéké + 1 cup of hot water (same quantity).

2) Let it rest for 10 minutes covered… and it's ready!

3) Optional: reheat as desired

  • In the microwave (2 to 4 minutes): for a softer texture.
  • Steamed (max 5 minutes): for very tender attiéké.
  • In a pan (with a little oil): for a slightly crispy texture on the edges.
